The document is very interesting and spot on. I believe these "vectors" have came about in response to the watering down of regular meetings because we fail to enforce our Traditions in regard to Court Mandated Attendees. Parties could not allow attendees to come and go in accordance to their own free will. The courts and other outside entities had removed that free will via a sentence of x number of meetings for up to 2 years. For what purpose was this document produced? Presentation to the Conference? Education of the Trustees? Please enlighten me.
