Conference questions not quite up to par! (contd)

11.
The pamphlet, AA for the Older Alcoholic, has good stories relevant to that age group.

Can we produce a pamphlet of AA stories for the newcomer, such as ‘Freedom from Bondage’ and ‘He had to be shown’ from the third edition of the Big Book and ‘Grounded’ from the fourth edition of the Big Book and about seven more AA Big Book stories.

A newcomer’s chance of identification is then simpler and quicker and less costly for him.

Terms of Reference No. 7 The duplicating of AA literature is not in the best interest of our Primary Purpose.

Comment: Nor for that matter is making a profit out of book sales and then using that to subside GSO York. You'd think they'd be salivating at the idea of a new publishing opportunity!

Cheers
