Well
the 'professionals' have finally caught up with what the Buddhists
(and others) have known – and have been doing - for at least the
last 2,500 years! Still better late than never!
Mindfulness
is doing, or rather 'being' whatever you are single mindedly and whole
heartedly. In other words 'keeping it simple'
And
before you rush out and sign up for a frequently over-priced
mindfulness course here's one we've put together (for free). No
special equipment needed …. not even a sponsor!
