And

53.
1.
In this ever changing world we live are the recommendations contained
within the Structure Handbook 2013 (pages 82‐
85)
robust enough in dealing with inappropriate and threatening behaviour
including aggressiveness and sexual harassment, currently being
experienced by a cross section of the Fellowship?
2.
Does the Fellowship agree that there is sufficient clarity within The
Structure Handbook for Groups regarding the steps that may be taken
when complaints are made regarding inappropriate behaviour by
individuals?
3.
Can the Fellowship confirm whether a Group, following a Conscience
Meeting, has the authority to deny entry to an individual following
an incident involving unacceptable behaviour?

Comment:
The problem is not guidance. After all should adults need to be
told that bullying is wrong! The problem is implementation. We
repeat – if you want to know where the ultimate responsibility
resides for ensuring this conduct does not go unadmonished look in the
mirror! This is no one else's responsibility!
