Would
Conference revisit, discuss and make recommendations on violence and
personal conduct?
In
recent times it has become apparent that there is disharmony within
the Fellowship with predators, bullies and violent members continuing
to make members feel unsafe, frightened, intimidated and harassed.
In
some situations police have been involved and arrests made. However,
this does not stop the individuals from continuing with their
unacceptable behaviour.
In
some situations group conscience have discussed the safety of others
and refused entry to such individuals, ensuring the group is not in
conflict with the 12 Traditions and our way of life.

of Reference No. 7 There have been several submissions covering this
topic and a question has been selected that encompasses all areas of
the subject matter with appropriate background material.
Comment:
Again it is not a question of guidance (which is already available)
but implementation. See here
for example.
