Ever feel like you're being given the old 'run-around' by 'customer services'? Is the person you want to get hold of always in 'a meeting'? Why bother talking to the 'monkey' when you can get hold of the organ grinder? It's amazing how quickly things get done when it's the CEO getting the flak directly!!
